Очень меня порадовало как раствор размещался в пазах между магнитами, это самое завораживающее зрелище. И интересно то что сам раствор застывал долго, а вот положения клея именно окончательное в пазах сформировалось примерно за 40 минут, и если его не трогать. То раствор остается полностью неподвижным до застывания. Интересное наблюдение. И он так же отразился на финале. Честно я до сих пор от впечатления. Такой динамики, за этим мотором я не помню. А я всего лишь уменьшил, за счет этого раствора, расстояние от ротора до статора, так что иголка застревает.
Но это другая история. Самое главное что результат положительный. И стоил и времени, и затрат средств, и сил на шлифовку магнитов, на что у меня ушло около недели работы и около 30 попыток поставить снять отшлифовать. И самое важное где и на сколько отшлифовать. Да и магниты в которых коррозией проело плоскость, стали как новые.
И да из недостатков моей методики, нужно очень хорошо удалить всю пыль, песчинки, и заранее слабые частицы которые могут отвалится от вибрации. Так как расстояние между ротором и статором, уменьшено, может негативно сказаться на работе мотора. Но если все сделать правильно, и все удалить, и производить сборку, в непыльном помещении, особенно где отсутствует магнитная пыль. Эта доработка, как показал финал, весьма перспективная!
