Eh, once again I was convinced that people, just like Alexey, not only do not carefully listen to the text in the video. Yes, it seems they just stupidly read the titles of the video. And they draw their own conclusions without understanding the problem at all, voicing delusional and far-fetched thoughts. Or they watch it on rewind.
You know, let it all be on the conscience of these unfortunate professionals. You talk about one thing, and bam, and they start some kind of blizzard about a completely different topic.
In general, you are definitely professionals, and you are absolutely sure that most people have equipment like yours.
Or do you think people for whom this necessity will change the inverter, like they change, for example, an IPHONE with the release of a new model. Take off the crown and land. Ordinary people don’t buy a battery and an inverter for 200 — 300 kopecks.
People buy what they have money for and for specific purposes. And not to show off over bourbon in front of the guys in the Helicopter.
Having bought a ready-made solution, new from the factory, without looking inside, and not understanding what’s what, you tell fairy tales about what people should do with their junk, which people bought on the advice of other authors. Without understanding what discharge/charge currents are permissible for specific batteries, you advise us to definitely use one or the other. Without even knowing how many batteries a person has and what their actual capacity and wear are.
Hiding behind some kind of data from sources you completely trust. You compare your system with everyone else’s systems, without even asking people what type of battery they have.
But what can I say here. And if there is a problem, the customer or some author is to blame, where people can use your own advice. Damn this is serious. I personally find it disgusting.
Guys, my advice to you is before you collect anything for yourself or buy it thoughtlessly. Start by studying the battery itself. Next, select an inverter for them so that they support these batteries. And look for reviews on the operation of inverters and problems with them. Select solar panels for the inverter according to its recommendations.
About batteries, also find out how safe they are for your conditions. And please, look at the nominal operating modes of the battery, not the maximum ones.
They can work for a short time, and work for a long time for a long time, this is something that many authors and sellers still do not understand.
The topic is naturally complex. Well, the responsibility is very big, because if you use batteries, they can catch fire. You must use as much as possible and connect the batteries in the circuit correctly, prepared, use the necessary protection, and not exceed the manufacturer’s recommended charge-discharge currents.
In the figure below, for example, there is a passport for a lithium battery, if you don’t see it, it’s on the website -.
So, the maximum current is the current that they can deliver, but the degradation of the battery occurs faster. Therefore, the recommended discharge current is 1C. And the maximum charging current is 1C, again the degradation of the battery will be greater, so the manufacturer in the battery data sheet recommends charging with a current of 0.5C.
And this is how you need to proceed to the specific battery that interests you. Unfortunately, for 10+ years, this has not been understood; stores are not sold, bloggers are not sold, and, of course, not their viewers.
It’s funny when people complain to me that I don’t reveal basic cards. And it’s funny that a lack of understanding of batteries and their operation allows one to criticize the fact that the batteries are the same, based only on the shape. For example, if we compare balloons with you. Besides the fact that they have different colors and shapes, most importantly, these are balloons. Same with batteries. Voicing nonsense and fake battery capabilities that are not constant but maximum, these figures do not even understand what any technology has. Even this parameter is present. And it is called the nominal operating mode, maximum, and short-term. And what will happen to a lead battery if you load it, for example, with short-term maximum power, for a long time. Now consider that some lithium batteries have this parameter in their data sheet, and on lithium we will connect the load for a longer period. In both cases, the resource will be reduced, or irreparable consequences may occur.
This is why I say that all batteries are the same, and there are many more such examples that can be given. Which for 10+ years, professionals do not perceive. But, immediately from their examples, it becomes obvious that they did not understand anything before, and even more so now!
Well, why am I obliged to listen to insults addressed to me, and chew it out to those who do not understand, and then with the same information, play smart in front of viewers and clients, earning money, experience, and so on.
