15 сентября 22 года Ethereum перестал добываться видеокартами. Никто не ждал что рынок добычи криптовалюты обрушится в 10 раз. Но это произошло. Пока судьба добычи криптовалюты точно печальна, так как по факту карты перестали быть прибыльными. Несмотря на то что калькуляторы говорят, что карты окупятся не через год а через 3. По факту получается что их окупаемость приближается аж к 10 годам. Таким чудесным образом, майнить стало не просто не выгодно но и очень затратно.
Так как добыча криптовалюты потребляет электричество которое не отбивается теперь добычей любых монет. В белую гонять карты перестало иметь смысл.
Даже если у кого то есть бесплатная розетка, добывать центы, в место десятков долларов, стало уже не так интересно.
Еще недавно был ажиотаж с видео картами, где создавалась только иллюзия нехватки, то чипов памяти то GPU чипов. Из за чего страдали все, так как цена на них была сильно завышена.
Но сегодня, это уже не прокатит, так как в ближайшее время на рынок хлынут карты до 3 поколения по самым низким ценам.
Для тех кому интересно, единственная прибыльная монета которая не пострадала после ухода Ethereum, осталась

А падение произошло моментально как отключилась сеть Ethereum. И добыча на пулах Ethereum стала не доступна.
При этом Ethereum после отключения пулов, продолжал добываться, но доходность его упала в ноль! Таким образом, так быстро не должно было происходить то что произошло.
Что ждать дальше. Все на самом деле не однозначно, и еще делать выводы рано. Перво наперво, нужно подождать, пока зависимость от сети Ethereum других монет не сойдет на нет. Таким образом, рынок криптовалюты должен стабилизироваться. А пока это ожидаемая реакция на уход титана крипторынка.
Но то что нервы мелких майнеров не выдержат, это точно! И большинство из них просто уйдет с рынка. Карты хлынут на разные площадки. Спрос на карты обрушится. Прогресс по поводу карт затормозится. Рынок майнингового оборудования будет резкими темпами сокращаться, из за отсутствия спроса.
Карты перестанут даже новые пользоваться спросом. Барыги пострадают с накупленным оборудованием. Мошенников станет меньше, в общем нужно посмотреть, но точно не бежать не покупать.
Давно уже было понятно, что выгоднее покупать монеты, чем их добывать. Но все же думают, что они запрыгивают в начало поезда, когда просто один вагон отвалился.
